  New Orleans VR-54 Revellers C-130T "CW 560" is up with NAS Jax Base  Ops on 
310.2. Says he is 20 min out. Rqsts Customs and 20K pounds fuel.
  I had heard him southbound at 9:51am this morning, so he is probably  
coming back from Gitmo or a Caribbean location.
