[MilCom] Willow Grove new base freqs?

Anybody in the Willow Grove area monitoring traffic on these two frequencies?

138.425 (250.3) - Security
138.125 (P25) - encrypted repeater

I started hearing traffic on both of these within the past month or so.  I had both programmed in the scanner in AM mode as Air-Air tacs for the 177th in Atlantic City, NJ.  I kept getting "interference" on these until I flipped the scanner to FM mode.  I cannot confirm the 138.125 because I have only heard encrypted traffic.  However, Willow Grove is the most likely source based on my location and the fact that I am not using an outdoor antenna.  138.425 sounds like comms related to the entry gates.
