[MilCom] Willow Grove new base freqs?

This is the Navy Police.  This was replaced by 138.80


> 138.125 (P25) - encrypted repeater

This is encrypted along with 143.125.  I thought the Navy police were using this but it
may be the DoD Security or A/F security.  The DoD Security use to use 160 Mghz (clear
and encrypted).  I don't usually listen to W/G ground stuff to much.  Sorry I can not be
of more help.
