3:38PM Local Caught TULSA 91 transitioning through the area. Contacted Cleveland Center on 306.90 and just switched to 323.25 at 3:40PM. Mentioned Syracuse, perhaps this is an F-16 from 125th FS, Tulsa, OK. Dave
