11175 active at 1645z (approx) with PAN BREAD in phone patch with unknown re: setting up comm link (with details which I don't have due to recording program crash, but they were dealing with ROMEO UNIFORM headers) for "one hour to 90 minutes in duration depending on mission length".

Also at 1700, ANDREWS gave out 20 char EAM PBDQJW (for ALGEBRA SIGN).

Activity level high with stations too weak to copy, except for the close-in ones...
