Guys, I'm going to throw something at you about LMRS. The current crop of 
military commanders are worried about some adverse incident making the news 
before post PAO's can issue a statement. They are worried more about how 
their careers might be effected by an incident.

"Range Control" "ROCK STEADY Alpha" Are we cleared to start firing. Nothing 
sensitive here!! Now if someone gets shot during range firing, a commander 
doesn't want this news out before the cause of the incident can be 
determined.
