[MilCom] RS Pro 97 On Sale

There is also a new scanner from R/S that gets the military.  The PRO-443.  Looks to be 
a replacement for the PRO-2052 except it will allow for the 800 mghz. re-farming 
update.  Bad part- Does not allow for change in MODE, or STEP and has no PL Tone. 
(just like the PRO-2052)
