Thanks Dan, this looks like another fair/good base/mobile unit for 
milcom/milair monitoring and the price is right for $169.99.  Of course as 
you pointed out the limitation is no mode change capability so both the 
380-400 lmr band & 138-150.8 mhz air tactical band would be affected.
