[MilCom] Relay 1 testing preparation for Shuttle launch

It is Fri, 10:38am EDT (1438z).
  Relay 1 has just arrived in the KSC airspace. He is one of the acft  that 
will participate in range clearance activities before the launch of the  Space 
Shuttle STS-115 Sunday. Now he is up on 133.8 with Cape Control and  says he 
is here for radio checks with ROC.
