Starting around 10:15AM Local
Have STEEL 11 and 12 in the DUKE MOA working together on 311.0.  They're
doing practice maneuvers and I'm sure that they'll be refuelling with some
A-10s out of Willow Grove or Martin State (MD ANG) if it is like the typical
Friday in the DUKE.

10:35AM - Have two aircraft ?? 54 and ?? 52 working the AR217 refuelling
track on 283.90 (AR217 Primary).  They are also using 143.80 (AM Mode),
Sounds like they are using callsigns of COWBOY 1 and 2.  One aircraft has
serial number of 84-0192 which makes him a KC-10A out of McGuire AFB, NJ.
