[MilCom] Herk 95 and Otis 29

It is Fri, 10:14am EDT (1414z).
  A short while ago two C-130s landed at Patrick AFB: Herk 95 and Otis  29.  
Herk 95 may be an OH-ANG C-130; Otis 29 is a KC-130J out of Cherry  Point MCAS 
(VMGR-252).
