1415z 26 May 05

11175.0 was active at 1357z with SCRAMBLE (or sounds like; fair
levels with fading on signal) bcsting a 28-character EAM (3P6RKH) preceding
OFFUTT's 1407z HFGCS bcst of same, with nothing heard on 8992.0 or 15016.0.
Propagation has changed.

11175.0 was active at 1402z with SCRAMBLE (or sounds like; fair/weak
with fading) bcsting another 28-character EAM (3P75SS) preceding OFFUTT's
1410z HFGCS bcst of same, with no simulcast freqs found.

11175.0 was active at 1404z with SCRAMBLE (or sounds like; fair)
rebroadcasting 3P6RKH with nothing heard on 8992.0 or 15016.0. He ended
his xmsn with the "standing by for traffic" statement (2x) and out. H+04
monitoring window.

(I'm no longer hearing 22-character EAM xmsns in this 28/22 character
series of strings. They're noticeable by their absence [or sudden
rareness]. Maybe since 01 Oct 04 or earlier. 6/20/26 - since FY 92 at
least; 26/20 - 01 Oct 96; 30/20 - 01 Oct 98; 28/22 - 01 Oct 00)
