[MilCom] MIL; 8992.0 - Standing by for traffic

Busy local morning. Exercise?
11175.0 was active at 1234z+/- with FORCE 64 (good levels here)
working OFFUTT for a phone patch to LITTLE ROCK. At 1236z the patch was
interrupted with a 45-character EAM (CVDUSJ) from [sounds like SCRAMBLE or
CRAB___LE or ?; fair/good levels but unable to id], simulcasting same on at
least 8992.0 (fair) and 15016.0 (weak/fair). OFFUTT sent the string at 1245z.
11175.0 was active at 1243z with [SCRAMBLE or ?; fair] bcsting
another 45-character EAM (CVELQM), simulcasting same on at least 8992.0
(good) and 15016.0 (weak).
8992.0 was active at 1245z with same bcsting a 6-character EAM
(CVDTIZ). OFFUTT with same at 1255z.
8992.0 was active at 1304z with same player "standing by for traffic"
(2x) and out.
11175.0 was active at 1308z with same player (fair/good) bcsting
another 45-character EAM (CVTHQD) preceding OFFUTT's HFGCS 1321z bcst of
same, and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak) with nothing heard on
15016.0.
