[MilCom] Acft down in ocean

     It is 4:22pm EST (2122z).
     C-130T "Otis 17" is working the pattern at Patrick AFB, and the tower 
(133.75) has just asked him to look down when he is over the ocean to see if he 
can spot an acft that has been reported down.
     More news as I hear it.
