[MilCom] DOD, NGA Revise Their FLIP Decision??

I know that past performance doesn't relate to future trends (sound like a 
stock broker), but have you ever noticed these suppliments changing?  I've 
been downloading the things for 4 years now, and have yet to notice any 
change, even when a couple freqs have changed in my area.  The only difference 
I've noticed was one specific handy file which I was able to download several 
years ago no longer seems to exist (I think this was named AFF.zip).  
   Of course, as soon as they make the files unavailable, they'll probably 
make wholesale changes, so I guess it's a no-win situation in that if the 
suppliments remain available they'll be of little use because they aren't up 
to date, and if they are unavailable, then we'll probably need them.
