[MilCom] DOD, NGA Revise Their FLIP Decision??

The AFF file (which lists the frequencies for all ARTCC and RCAG facilities)
is part of the FAA ATA-100 CD. There are a couple of sites that post the
data but the one I like the best is http://aviationtoolbox.org/old/ATA-100/
