[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - A I R

     11175.0 was active at 2125z with A I R ("aay eye are"; weak/readable;
DTMF tones) working PUERTO RICO (weak/readable) for a signal check.  At
2126z A I R called MCCLELLAN for a radio check and raised (weak) but did not
respond to the return call.  At 2128z a stronger A I R again called
MCCLELLAN for a radio check with no known response.  At 2130z OFFUTT
(weak/readable with DTMF tones and sounding like same audio/operator as A I
R) responded to a signal check request from a REACH flight (unheard here.)
