The 188th FS (150th FW) is the NM-ANG. The 188th FW is the AR-ANG.
Blame the gov't for the confusion :-D

I did an article on these guys in my monthly MilAir/Fed Column a few months
ago in "Scanning USA". These frequencies should be helpful for hearing the
HAWG ##/ATLAS ## 188th FW guys out of Ft. Smith, AR.

I noticed the post mentioning the 188th FS (which they were until they
became a FW in the late 1990's). They are not based out of New Mexico unless
there has been some recent change I'm unaware of. They are out of Ebbing
ANG Base (Ft. Smith Regional) in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Today, they are
labeled the 188th FW/184th FS and primarily use the callsign HAWG ## when
heard around the D/FW area. I haven't heard them down this way in a year or
so however.
