[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - NEWSCAST

      15016.0 was active at 2040z with NEWSCAST (fair levels under high 
local noise levels here) bcsting the 33-character EAM AGSJYY and 
simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (fair) and 8992.0 (weak/barely 
readable) with nothing heard on 11244.0 or 13155.0//6697.0.  Maybe 
h+10/h+40 activity.
