      15016.0 was active at 2001z with [now sounds like ALSAICE or ?; 
whoever; fair levels but buried in high noise levels here] bcsting AGSJYY 
and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (fair/weak) with nothing heard on 
8992.0.  H+00/h+30 activity.  Nothing heard from OUT FACE on 8992.0 at 
2035z (maybe too weak if there).
