[MilCom] 11175.0 - OUT FACE

      Now the id sounds like a muffled OUT FACE (which sometimes sounds 
like ALL STATIONS when he's fading, but not "offutt").  Unheard at 1930z 
but active at 2000z on 11175.0 (fair/good) with AGSJYY with nothing heard 
on 8992.0.

      8992.0 was active earlier at 1935z with OUT FACE (weak/mostly 
unreadable) with AGSJYY with nothing heard on 11175.0 or 11244.0. (They 
sound like two different operators or ?)
