[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ELEMENDORF 01

Heard YOKOTA 01 at 1651z also with a short
test count on 11175.0 and radio check with Navy JULIET MIKE 82.

DTMF tones on YOKOTA 01 transmitter also. Fair signal into
central Florida, also doubtful this was from Yokota Japan.
