[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ELEMENDORF 01

      11175.0 was active at 1905z with ELMENDORF 01 (good levels here; not 
the ELMENDORF site) bcsting a short test count and request for a radio 
check with no response and gone (with DTMF tones.)  Same freq was active at 
1940z with MANGROVE (weak/mostly unreadable).
