[MilCom] More restrictions around Mil airports removed !!

     Yesterday I reported that the Patrick AFB tower announced to a civvy 
acft that he could do a low approach at Patrick. He told the acft that "Military 
airports have removed the restriction on low approaches that had been imposed 
after the Sept 11 WTC attack."
     Moments ago the Patrick AFB tower informed a civvy acft that he could 
transition Patrick's airspace along the Atlantic coastline, since "the 
three-mile restriction around Military airports has been lifted."
