[MilAir] Wizard has problems; JSTARS 03 RTB

It is Thurs 1:56pm EDT (1756z)
  Wizard is having equipment (antenna motor) problems, so JSTARS  03 is 
coming back to Melbourne where repairs are expected to take two hours.  They will 
try to launch again later today and continue the testing.
  Freqs in use have been 231.75, 351.025 and 123.2, as well as the  Satcom 
freq 301.55 I previously posted.
