[MilAir] JSTARS 03 taking off now

It is Thurs, 11:03am EDT (1503z).
  As I am typing this, JSTARS 03 is taking off from Melbourne IAP. The  
back-end crew, "Wizard," will be performing tests with Northrop Ground Station  
"Terra 5."  They have been discussing their testing plans all morning on  the 
ground, using 231.75.  Look for them on that freq. Look for the  front-end flight 
crew to use 123.2 with Northrop Ops too.
