While North American procedures are a little different, some of us have
found that it works nicely if another station starts calling just before
the end of the previous contact. This was used by W1LP/MM quite a bit on
HSCW MS several years ago also, and worked very well.
There must be enough pings that the different stations can tell what is
being sent to whom. But since the pings usually will not overlap, it
shouldn't be too difficult to keep things separated if everyone will be
careful and pay attention - but we should be doing this anyway!
