Hi ,

I am interested to know how amateur radio stations proove they complie 
with the RF exposure limit values . Is someone coming and measuring , or 
simply ham operator has to declare he complies?
We have now in france , the same problem coming , and we don't know yet 
what we have to do to , simple declaration or official service coming and 
measuring ( quite unlikely , I feel) , so I'm interested to know how 
things are done elsewere.
I recall an article in DUBUS on the subject by DJ9BV  , are the limit 
values calculated in this article the official one  , or simply  Rainer 
wanted to show what would be reasonnable?
