[MDC-EC] Snow storm planning

Hi folks;

Our Emergency Manager here in Carroll County is starting to plan out her response in case the snow storm expected for Friday and Saturday causes problems. Current projections a 12++ inches, with the possibility of a whole lot more. I suspect that other EMs will be doing the same planning soon, if they haven't done so already.

Recommend that you have your teams review their pre-activation checklists and make preparations for activation, in case our help is needed.
