[MDC-EC] Are any counties activated or on alert?

Hi Folks;

Wondering if any of you have been activated or put on alert. Here in  
Carroll County we were asked to make plans for supporting the OEM on  
Wednesday, but are still on stand-by.

If we do get called for help I'll be reachable via my Winlink email  
address if nothing else works.
