Yes, I was a browser instead of a reading for details person yesterday. I
didn't catch it was a paper copy. I am not sure Bruce has ARO, but it does
have his callsign and it's printed not stamped (almost 100% sure). I do
believe he has returned from down south so might have to look later today.
