Despite the fact that MCARC doesn't get called out directly, I think it
is a good idea for us individually to attend the annual spotter training
when possible and as a bonus be registered with NWS as trained spotters.

I know that we (Logan Twp) don't go out in fire trucks when paged for WX
watch, we just keep an eye on things from home which is the NWS
recommended way to do it.

As for the tower, I think we should simply take compensation for the
damaged sections, either in replacement sections or cash.
