[MCARC] Tower at Sheriff's office

I don’t see any point in having a radio in the SO.  I have lived on Pomeroy St since 1999 and I am pretty certain we have not done any WX spotting since then.  At present the fire departments are called out and I don’t see us being utilized.  I certainly don’t think we should be providing a tower for county use again.
