[MarinTeams] CERT Radio exercises and the K6BW Repeater

What if we all chipped in and bought a generator?  

What if we instituted dues of say $10 per year and had a treasury to buy 
things?   

What if we organized formally with officers and a Board of Directors?  We 
could even become a 501c corporation and accept tax deductible donations.
