[MarinTeams] CERT Radio exercises and the K6BW Repeater

Great Ideas!

The repeater is back in service, thank goodness!

Viacom has a surplus generator up there they are replacing.  It might take a
little work, but would be ideal equipment if we can convince them to give it
to us.

Sorry I wasn't able to participate in the on-air training Monday night, was
at a meeting.  Look forward to seeing you this Thursday!
