[MarinTeams] CERT Radio exercises and the K6BW Repeater

The mains power to Building 549 (our meeting place) has been interrupted, as
a consequence the K6BW repeater is out of service.  PG&E is supposed to be
working on the problem today, and hope power will be restored by our meeting
Thursday.

We need a generator!

In the mean time, we can hold our net tonight on Channel 1 (simplex).  Be
patient, we will have to rely on relays to check everyone in.   It should be
a good exercise!
