153 kHz was fair copy here last evening, the best so far since last winter,
but sounds like you had better copy. My R75 receiver has developed what
seems like a synthesizer problem so I was using an IC7610 which I don't
think is as good as the R75 on LF. Hope I can fix it. There doesn't seem
to be a receiver available that is a good alternative. Used R75s are
still bringing as much as I paid over 20 years ago. Of course not
considering inflation :)
I looked for TAG overnight but no joy. Local KE is looking normal this
morning but no sign of JH which I have received via groundwave in the
past. First time using the IC7610 on LF so that may be the difference.
Nice to see you enthusiasm extending all the way from LF to 10 GHz.
