[Lowfer] ROU 153 kHz AM

You east coast folk have the advantage for LWBC but I try for them too
here in S. Arizona with some success. 153 was also heard here last
night, first time in a long while. Storm static was also lowest it's
been in many months, greatly helping. 162 with its low pitched data
signal was strong; 171 and 252 also heard (much better than 153 of course).
