[Lowfer] Spectrogram software?

Where is Spectrogram, I think the last version was 5.0, about 20 years 
ago, hiding nowadays?

I've scoured the web, a few references, more dead links, no luck in 
finding the old "gram.exe".

I liked it because I could analyze an audio file, and get an image.

And, if it's still out there, does it work under Windows 7, or will I 
have to use an older computer?

Is there a modern equivalent, if Spectrogram is a no-go?
