[Lowfer] Watering Hole Lowfers

Hi J.D. and thanks for the report. I've been having trouble with keying 
not starting after switchover or dropping out randomly later. Thought 
the wspr15/opera32 on 185.185 kHz M,W,F was still running correctly but 
after even seeing that fail once I asked Bob, NK9M to bring the 
equipment in for a look on the bench. But with winter weather that's not 
easy, hi.

Bob got the lowfer running again last Friday but I noticed the clock 
time for switchover was pretty far off. Apparently when he tried to 
correct it things never returned to operation mode and the beacon stayed 
where it was (185.2993 kHz sending QRSS30/60). That's been running fine 
now for quite a few days so I suggested leaving it alone unless/until it 
fails again.

I'll let you know when the beacon returns to 2-frequency operation and 
if keying fails again.
