Good antenna.  Regarding 40 kHz, 40.75 (often listed inaccurately as 40.8) is used by NAU in Puerto Rico but I am not sure if
they are back on yet, but I made the assumption you measured accurately enough to see the difference.  Regarding 25.2, I have
seen CRTs that were from neighbors PC's.
