After the storm racket moved farther east last night conditions became
decent here and lowfers SJ and TAG both came in and out of the noise
floor. Conditions were up to the arctic NW with NDB ZF on 356 kHz from
Yellowknife coming through well from 2838 km. Interestingly, at the same
time NDB 5B on 254 kHz from PEI was also copyable from 2004 km to the
east. And while DX to the south was generally unimpressive, the oil
platform NDB on Deepwater Thalassa in Central America on 420 kHz LSB
was good copy at times.
