[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Thanks for keeping a track on WM. Down here we still have a lot of green 
leaves on the trees. It's been below freezing the past couple days so 
they should fall soon. I assume the WM signal is still being absorbed 
somewhat before leaving the county.
