[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Unusual good overnight copy of lowfer WM here last night. It usually 
comes in well in the daytime but is barely noticeable at night. Lowfer 
TAG was in there weakly too but nothing was noted from SJ. Good NDB DX 
with path lengths on the order of 3000 km to the east early, then to the 
west before local sunrise.
