[Lowfer] Oddity, 27.255 MHz.

27.255 mhz,   CB band?  looks some of the modified crap thats there 
running AM
and FMing,  pulling the freq as they modulate.
See it on 10 meters all the time when the band is open and every CBer in 
the world
is on..
