[Lowfer] XRR & carrier signal

Garry: I get that dual carrier signal close to 137599 kHz 24/7. It's fairly 
strong as I capture XRR through the afternoon (about 17 dB above the noise 
with my EWE pointed SE), so it may be much closer than W6 land....
