Mike, I switched from 474.2 kHz to 136 kHz WSPR-2 around 1000Z and found 
XND as usual. Nothing noted from XRR, but there is a strong, wideband 
signal on about 135.95 kHz. Probably NPG in California, or whatever 
callsign is using the facility these days; it nulls out at roughly N/S.
