[Lowfer] XRR & carrier signal

Mike, I see that dual carrier signal on 137.6 kHz here too. But the 
signal I was referring to was at about 135.95 kHz and looked somewhat 
like the big Navy signals down below 30 kHz. NPG used to send on that 
frequency as well as 55.5 kHz. I know the latter frequency has been used 
for some sort of GPS backup scheme so perhaps the former frequency has 
been used as well. Whatever it was it disappeared into the noise an hour 
or so after local sunrise. Perhaps I'll see it again tonight.

Groundwave is decent here on 136 kHz WSPR2. At 600 miles WG2XXM has 
decoded a couple of time in the few minutes I've been monitoring. No 
hint of WH2XXR last night while WH2XND was decent. Can't help but wonder 
if WSPR15 would have been able to decode XXR.
