[Lowfer] Overnight lowfers to NE IL

Pretty weak copy at the watering hole here last night, but SJ wasn't bad 
prior to local sunrise. WM was in there at times better than SJ, but not 
before sunrise. And all I could pull out from TAG was weak traces.
