[Lowfer] Overnight lowfers to NE IL

Garry,

Thanks for the captures the last two days. I increased the frequency to 
185301, to see how the placement looks between SIW and SJ. 1 cycle is 
the smallest increment for the U3S so I can't put it on 300.5 like the 
Ashlock.  My frequency can go up with cooling just as much as it goes 
down, but I am not seeing as much cooling swing as I do from the morning 
warmup.
